GraceYouth Student Ministries

Serving students in grades 6-12

GraceYouth exists to help students own their faith, grow in truth, and find community that lasts. We believe teens are not just the future of the church — they’re part of the church right now. Every week, we create space for students to explore the Bible, ask big questions, build friendships, and experience God’s love firsthand.

Our Mission

Our goal is to help students become whole disciples — not just people who know about God, but young men and women who live out their faith in real and lasting ways.

We believe:

  • Faith must be personal and practical.
  • Growth happens in community, not isolation.
  • Doubt and questions aren’t barriers — they’re starting points.
  • Every student is wired uniquely and has something to offer.
  • Laughter, creativity, and honest conversations all have a place in discipleship.

Wednesday Nights

Every week, students gather for a mix of fun, worship, Bible teaching, and small group discussion led by trusted adult mentors.
We divide students into:

  • Middle School (6th–8th Grade)
  • High School (9th–12th Grade)

Small Group Youth Mentors (“SGYMs”) lead by example — helping students connect with God, one another, and their own calling. These adults are invested in mentoring students through all of life’s highs and lows.

For Parents

We know how fast these years go by — and how deeply you care about your student’s spiritual life. We’re here to partner with you, not replace you.

Our parent newsletter includes:

  • Upcoming events
  • Discussion questions from small groups
  • Memory verses
  • Worship night photos
  • Helpful resources

Retreats, Rallies & Camps

A few times a year, we head off-campus to events that help students grow in faith and friendship:

  • The Event (High School)
  • Getaway (Middle School) at Ozark Christian College
  • Summer Camp at Maranatha Bible Camp in Everton, MO These moments are often life-changing, giving students space to meet God in a fresh way.

Reminder: A current GraceCommunity Medical Release Form is required for all events and trips.

Rooted & Ready

At GraceYouth, we’re helping students grow roots that ground them in God’s Word and wings to live boldly into His calling for their lives. We’re honored to walk with your family on this journey.
